FRANK J. PETERSON
                                Lakewood Manufacturing
Lakewood Manufacturing Company is located in Morrison, Colorado on Rooney Road across from Bandimere Raceway. (See map below). Frank, with the help of his wife, Kaye, has made a name for himself in steel fabrication.  His products are widely varied and sold worldwide.

Frank, a native Coloradan, is well-known in the Colorado Racing world, having designed and built many racecars, which he ran in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, at the Continental Divide Raceway, Englewood Speedway and Bandimere Raceway. His work with racecars evolved into a metal fabrication business known for high quality products and on-time delivery.

Frank is the designer and manufacturer of the Seat Belt Convincer and the Rollover Simulator, equipment designed to instruct people in the necessity of using seatbelts to avoid serious injury in car crashes  resulting in rollovers.  In the demonstration, the "dummies" in the Simulator and Convincer that are not restrained by a seatbelt are thrown from the seat in a terrifying real enactment of the deadly results of seatbelt negligence.  Today, the Rollover Simulator and Seat Belt Convincer are being used by law enforcement, schools, driver training and insurance companies worldwide.
